Forgot CORE Login Password

If you have forgotten your password to access CORE someone with admin access or someone in Support can update your password

Any user with admin access can go to the Setup Page in CORE, then on Settings on the left menu, then User Setup and edit a user.

You won't be able to see the password, you will only be able to reset it to a new password.

If you do not have an admin user on your account, please contact Support to reset your password.
