Account is Locked

If you attempt to log into your CORE account with the wrong user name or password to many times you will be locked out of your account for 15 minutes.

How do I get back into my CORE account?

If you've been locked out of your CORE account due to too many unsuccessful log in attempts, you must wait 15 minutes to try again.
