Can I get customer support help outside of regular business hours?

YES! We are here for you 24/7 for after hours emergencies!

If you have an issue or question that prevents you from getting an event online or emails/text messages going on your recent event, please call us anytime and we will be happy to help you get your event online. 

When prompted, please leave a message with a brief description of the issue you are having and we will have someone call you back within 15 minutes of receipt of the message if it qualifies as an after-hours emergency. If it is not an emergency, the call will be returned as early as possible on the following business day. 

Questions or training sessions regarding email templates, product offerings, resubmits, cancelling orders, refunds, rushes or order status should be sent to our support team to be reviewed and responded to during regular business hours.

We try to monitor social media and reply to inquiries quickly but it is not a preferred communication channel with our customer support team and we cannot guarantee a timely response. Please use the following channels to get a resolution quickly!
