Why are my images missing from Alignment Categories?

If you are missing images in your event, chances are that you locked your folders before they were all transferred to your event.

Initially in your event, you should always wait for the folders to drop into alignment Categories naturally (by themselves) which will happen once the images have completed transferring into your event assuming you loaded them all at one time.

If you have already started to ID your event, you can add the missing portion of the folder by clicking Add Folder and enter the folder name and the range of images that you were missing. You can then lock that portion of the folder and it will appear for you to align or ID images. If you have not yet ID'd your event, simply unlock then delete the folders that are in alignment categories and re-import. This should now show you the entire folder. This technique will ensure that you do not lose any ID'ing data that is currently in your event. 

If you are adding additional images to an existing folder, follow the rules above to add a portion of a folder into your event.
