Auto Head Size Yearbook Images
You can use Auto Head Sizing for your initial head sizing of images. (This feature is in beta testing) If you'd like to be a beta tester contact support CCSsupport@candid.com
How to Start an Auto Head Size Job
- Go into your event in CORE
- Go to the Yearbook/Image Exports on the left menu
- Make sure all your subjects have a default/yearbook pose selected
- Select Headsize Images towards the bottom of the page
- Select Auto Headsize all Images
- Click the "Add a New Job" button
- Select a reference image or use the one provided to zoom and position the head where you want it. We will use this as a reference to position other heads.
- When finished with the reference image, click the "Review these settings" button.
- Here you will see the count and estimated cost for the auto headsizing
- Click the confirm button to start the job
- You will see the status of the newly created headsizing job
- When 100% complete, you need to review the job to confirm all images sized properly. Because face recognition is being used to position and size the heads, if there were any faces that were not properly identified as a face or if the subject has a face on their shirt, the zoom and position could be off and will require you to manually correct those images.

- To review the job go back to the yearbook/image exports menu on the left and go down to headsize images. This time select the "Headsize All Images" button to review and edit images.
