Why isn't my Auto Z-Crop showing online?

Having trouble getting your cropped images to appear online? Try these troubleshooting techniques!

First, please review the documentation and video on z-cropping at the bottom of this article, if that doesn't help, check the following: 

1. Under Alignment Categories - Click edit next to the view you are cropping and check the box that says "Enable cropping when aligning images"

2. Make sure that your Auto z-crop job is complete by going to the Auto Z-crop feature in the images menu. If it is not complete, you can click the Force Refresh button. If that doesn't refresh the status, contact customer support at CCSsupport@candid.com

3. Re-sync your event from the Event Details page. Click Refresh Image Cache to update images online then preview your event to see if the crops are available. 

If none of these tips resolve your z-crop not appearing as expected online, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.
