Batching Bulk Orders

If you are bulk ordering across divisions, you can have those orders batch (bundled) by division, making it easier to distribute your orders

How to Place a Bulk Order that is Batched (bundled) by Division

1. Go to your event in CORE
2. Select Order on the left menu (do not select bulk)
3. Select your Package
4. Select a Team or All Teams
5. Select if or order is to use Group Images or Individual Images
6. Under options select "Batch orders by Division and Auto Transmit"
   1. Note:  If you want to batch a bulk order, you must select "Batch orders by Division and Auto Transmit".  If you don't select this option before continuing, you will not be able to batch the orders.
7. Select Return in Box
8. Select packaging: Envelope
9. Continue
   
10. Go to Orders
11. On the left menu select transmit orders
12. Confirm your orders cleared the queue and did not stall
