Can I change the price on products or packages in my offer?

Pricing can be easily edited using Candid's product offers or your own.

Change Price

To change the price on a product or package in one of your CORE offers, navigate to the top menu within CORE and select Offers. Choose the offer you would like to edit from the list. Find the product you wish to edit, and click into the Price field to the right of the product. Enter the new price and hit Enter on your keyboard.

Refresh Event(s)

Once changed, those price adjustment will not take effect on the retail site until each event has been refreshed. You can refresh all events using that offer at one time by scrolling to the bottom of the offer which you have just edited, and clicking Refresh all of the above events on Retail.
