Composite pricing and ordering process

Composites at Candid are individual portraits associated with a group or division in most cases put onto a board or print that the participants can order or display. If you are trying to create a realistic style group photo sometimes referred to as a composite, please see our articles and information on Virtual Groups.

Composite Ordering Instructions

A composite order form and spreadsheet is required for each composite to be created

1. Email composites@candid.com with the following information:
   1. The Composite Order Form filled out. 
   2. The Composite Spreadsheet with name and image information.
   3. Images of last year’s composite for reference.
   4. Any fonts you specifically want used (if applicable).
2. Candid’s Retouching/Art department will build the first draft of the composite with all information provided.
3. Candid will send an email proof of image to be reviewed by customer.
4. Customer may email composites@candid.com to submit any/all corrections or edits required.
5. Once the product is completed to satisfaction, Candid will email the final image to the customer without the word “Proof” on them.
6. After receiving the final print, you can upload to your event to place orders and/or make available online

   2. Composites@candid.com is for artwork creation and corrections only

IMPORTANT: Any and ALL edits must go through composites@candid.com.
