Can my customers upload and order products using their own photos?
Yes! You can update your events to allow customers to use their own photos.
Verify your account is setup to allow customers to upload their own photos (this should already be checked on your account, but you can verify to be sure). Go to Settings > Website and check the option to Allow customer to upload their own images on the retail site. Then, click Save Settings.
Next, go to your event in CORE that you want to offer the feature on and click Online Settings within the Quick Links Settings.
Under Image Page Behavior (Account Override) check the option to Allow customer to upload their own images on the retail site. Save Settings.
To assure all new events will have this option checked, you will want to check your workflow settings. Go to Settings > Workflows and click “Edit” on the workflow. Under Online Images Page, check the option to Allow customer to upload their own images on the retail site. Save Settings.
If you do not see these options in CORE, contact customer support.
