Photographer Created Artwork for Customizing Products?

Some graphic products such as, memory mates, trader cards, etc. can be customized by using Artwork you create and assign to the product(s).

Candid offers several products that can be customized with your own artwork. To use these products, add them to your offer then select the "Photographer Created Artwork" modifier instead of one of the CCS styles. You will then enter the event #, folder and image name of where you uploaded the artwork.  Follow these steps to create, upload and assign your artwork to products in your offer.

Creating the Artwork

1.  Download the template for the product you want to customize.  Click here to locate and download templates.

a.  Open the folder for the market you need the template for.

b.  Open the folder for the product you need the template for.

c.  Download the template

2.  Open the template in Photoshop

Note:  You can view where images, text and logos will go on the product.  Make sure you design your artwork to work with these locations.  Images, text and logos cannot be moved.

a.  Make sure to hide the text and logo nodes before saving as an RGB Jpg.

i. Name your artwork something meaningful so it will be easier to manage later.

   Example:  MM_orange or MMorange 

(remember name must be letters, numbers underscores only)

b.  Make sure to create a version for both horizontal and vertical images.

3.  Create an event to upload and store your artwork.  Name your event Artwork.

a.  Upload your artwork images to this event

Note:  Name your folders something meaningful so it will be easier to manage later.

Example:  Name your folder MemoryMates  or SpringSports

4.  Upload your artwork to your artwork event

5.  Go into your offer, then into the package/product and select the modifier "Photographer Created Artwork"

a.  At the bottom it will expand for you to enter the event#, folder, image of where you uploaded your artwork

b.  Make sure to enter the vertical version and horizontal version in the appropriate locations.

6.  Now your product will use your artwork for the background when ordered
