Download Images from CORE

If you have a need to download an image CCS has created you can do so by adding the Hi Res image download product into your offer at $0.

Adding a $0 Download to Your Offer

To download a single image, you will need to add a download package to your offer and include the HIOLG: Hi Resolution Online Image product to the package.   

Set this package to $0 and to not collect tax or shipping and mark it to not show on the retail website.

Then when you have an image or images you need to download go into CORE and pull up the image either by the name of the person it's ID to or use the Order Entry button on the event details page.

If using he order entry button, after clicking the button select the folder from the dropdown.

Select your image and Continue.

Select your $0 download and proceed through the checkout.

Enter a 1 in the quantity on your $0 download and proceed through the checkout.

Select "Return in Box"

Enter your first name and last name and email address

On the final page,

• Check Automatically Transmit this Order
• Flag order as not charge (all amounts will be zeroed)
• Complete Order

You will receive and email with your image download shortly.
