Ecommerce Fees (Updated 8-1-23)

Ecommerce fees are now determined by your annual online retail sales

Online pre-orders received before the event will be 4% ecommerce fee.

Online orders placed the day of the event when using PhotoMatch will be charged a 2% ecommerce fee.

Online orders that are placed after midnight central time on your event date will be charged between 3%-8% based on your annual online retail volume.

Annual Online Retail Volume (via CCS Retail Websites) = % Ecommerce Fee 

Over $1,000,000 Online Retail Sales = 3%

$750,000 - $1,000,000 Online Retail Sales = 4%

$500,000 - $749,999 Online Retail Sales = 5%

$250,000 - $499,000 Online Retail Sales = 6%

$100,000 - $249,999 Online Retail Sales = 7%

Under $100,000 Online Retail Sales = 8%

Ecommerce fees are calculated on total collected. 

Subtotal + Tax + Shipping =  Total x Ecom Fee %

Example Order

Subtotal = $10.00

Tax = $ .10

Shipping = $5.00

Total =  $15.10

Ecommerce Fee 6% = $ .91
