Here is where you can manage email addresses that have opted out or would like to opt back in.

How to Opt Out an Email Address

Although the best way for your customer to opt out of receiving emails from you is to click the unsubscribe in the email they received.   When they unsubscribe via the email, your customer has the choice of opting out for just the Event or from All emails you send.

If you have someone call you asking to opt out, you can opt them out here, but note, this opts them out of All emails you send.

To opt out an email go to the Emails/Proofs Page in CORE.

  • Select Email Addresses > then Manage on the left menu
    • Key in or paste in the email address or addresses that would like to opt out
      • If entering more than one email, each email must be on it's own line
    • Select "These addresses have chosen to Opt-Out"
    • Click submit

How to Opt In an Email Address


WARNING!!!   VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION!

By law, you CANNOT opt an email address back in without out permission of the email address holder. There are very strict penalties associated with violating this law.   For more information on the CAN-SPAM Act, click here.

If you have received permission from your customer to opt back in, go to the Emails/Proofs Page in CORE.

  • Select Email Address on the left menu, then select Manage
    • Type in or past in the email address or addresses that have given you permission to opt them back in.
      • If entering more than one email, each email must be on it's one line.
    • Select "These addresses have chosen to opt back in to receive emails".
    • Click submit
