Emails/Proofs > Campaigns > Email Campaigns
Email Campaigns are a preset collection of email templates that are set to automatically queue and send on specific offsets based on event and/or PhotoMatch dates
Email Campaigns
To view, add or edit an email campaign go to the Emails/Proofs Page in CORE, then select Campaigns > Email Campaigns on the left menu.
Here you will see a list of all the email campaigns setup in your account.
Note: Standard CCS default campaigns will have CCS in the name. Consolidated email campaigns will have CONSOLIDATED in the name. You should NEVER use a CCS campaign as is. You should ALWAYS copy the campaign before using it. The reason we recommend this, is you cannot edit CCS campaigns.
Importing CCS Campaigns
To import CCS official campaigns you can copy and use as is, or edit go to the Emails/Proofs Page in CORE, then select Campaigns > Email Campaigns on the left menu. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Refresh CCS Official Campaigns" button. This will import/update any CCS campaigns.
- Located the campaign you wish to use and click on the copy button
- Then local the copy of the campaign
- Click on the Edit button to the left of your copied campaign
- Here you can change the name of the campaign (recommended to name it something you recognize) and Save
- Here you can also, edit the templates within the campaign
The video below will explain how to manage your email campaigns.
