      Printed Templates are forms that can be produced via CORE Print. Forms can contain barcodes, QR codes and any information you import, to be used at picture day. Forms can also be used to provide a proof order form containing images.

      Printed Templates

      Here's a list of the most popular printed templates

      • Barcode camera card for sequencing and IDing photos.  Used at picture day as photos are taken.  Works with PhotoMatch.
      • QR code camera card for sequencing and IDing photos.  Used at picture day as photos are taken.  Works with PhotoMatch or with our QR code ID feature.  QR codes also link to registration and can be used by those who are registering before or after the event to collect additional contact data.
      • Postcards to mail out reminders about photos.  Typically produced a week or two after the event and only queued for those who have not ordered.
      • Proof Order Forms to mail out to customers.  Typically produced and mailed immediately after event is IDd.   Goal is within 48 hours of the event.  Forms can be a great reminder to order photos.   Not many forms are returned, but they do have instructions for online or call in ordering.

      Templates are customizable to any size or orientation.  Templates can be created using MS Word and saved as a .dot file or can be created as and XML file via our template builder in CORE Print.
