Emails/Proofs > Returned Mail

On the Returned Mail page in CORE you can quickly pull up the customer to update the address on returned mail. This is mainly used for returned proof order forms you've mailed out.

Managing Returned Mail Addresses

Go to the Emails/Proofs Page in CORE.

  • On the left menu select Returned Mail
    • Enter the First name, Last name and Event # and click search
    • Select the name to open the screen to edit the mailing address
    • Once corrected, you can requeue the form with the new address
