Events > Setting a Product Offer on Your Event
Learn how the Offer Setup page in CORE works and how it affects your event.
The Offer controls what your customers can order online. Pre-filling some data is not only necessary to get some products to show up online, but it will make it easier for your customers to place their orders if you fill in the data for them.
1. You can change the offer being used on your event
2. You must select a logo or crest on all products that prompt for them. If you do not, those products will not be available online. If the product that requires a crest or logo is in a package, the package will not show up online without crest or logo data on this page.
3. Pre-Fill any data that will be the same for all participants at your event. Fields like League, Date, Year, and Title Line 1, Title Line 2, Title Line 3 (custom for your event) should all be filled in before enabling your event online.
4. You can change the font type, color and whether or not your customer can change the text that you have pre-filled under Advanced Options.
*If you want to fill in captions, logos or colors by team or division, see the article that explains Caption Overrides
