Event Search and Privacy Options

With several privacy and search options available in CORE, below are some reminders on how to use each.

Below are the settings to enable the option to ONLY search by last name once a user has entered the event. It does not have search on the retail site enabled. (no search  on your website or tssorders.com)

Some more information about online settings and privacy options:
If you only want people to be able to view their images via an email/sms link or by knowing their PIN, the settings below highlighted in yellow should NOT be checked.

Note:  If doing online registration and you need people to select their team…. the "Allow customer to view other images within their selected division." option needs to be checked while doing registration.   You can disable this option after registration is complete.

To clarify each setting...

• Customers can find images by last name without requiring a PIN. If unchecked, customer will require a PIN to view images. = Anyone that has access to the event can search and view images by Last Name
• Allow customer to view other images within their selected division. = Allows anyone in the division they are associated with to view other people's images within that same division. (must be on during registration in order from them to select their team when registering.)
• Customers can find images by Student ID or Customer ID (ExtNameID) = Allows customer to find images by entering their ExtNameID imported into CORE
• Customers can view all images within this event. = Lets customer view all images. This setting must be checked if using "Group by Face" face recognition.
