      Events - Advanced Options

      Advanced Options is where you can go to refresh your offer and/or event, name and ID information without having to disable your event from the retail website.

      Refresh Offer & Captions on Retail

      Click this option to refresh changes made to your offer or captions so the changes will be available on the retail website.

      Refresh Event Info/Names/IDs on Retail

      Click this option to refresh Event Information such as Event Name, Order Deadline, Late Fee Date, Names and/or ID information.  Once clicked you can choose which data needs to be refreshed.

      Refresh Image Cache

      If you have uploaded images to overwrite the originally uploaded images and you still see the original images in CORE, you can click to Refresh Image Cache so it will update the images you see in CORE to the newly uploaded images.

      Refresh Event List Counts

      Event list counts automatically update every hour.  If you need a more up-to-date count, click the Refresh Event List Counts to get the most recent information.
