Events - Order Entry - Quick Order Entry

Quick Order Entry allows you to ID images and key orders at the same time.

Quick Order Entry

  1. Setup Your Event using an appropriate workflow
  2. Setup Your Divisions/Teams
  3. Setup Your Offer Captions and Logos (Optionally Caption Overrides)
  4. Photograph Your Event and Upload Your Images
  5. From the Event Details Page Click "Order Entry"
  6. Click "Quick Order"
  7. Click "Group Images" in the top right corner
  8. Check All Your Group Images and click "Import Selected Images as Groups"
  9. Select the Division/Team name for each group and the sport style for each group and "Save Group Assignments"
  10. Click "Back to Quick Order Entry" in the upper left corner
  11. If you have imported names, select a name from the dropdown.  If you don't have imported names, click Add Name and enter the name and division.
  12. Click Images Filter:  Not Assigned
  13. Select the image of the name you selected/entered
  14. Under the image, key in your package code(s) or select a package from the dropdown and click Add to Order
  15. You may optionally crop your image for each product by clicking the crop button after you enter your package code(s)
  16. Enter name and address data as required for any captions on products being ordered.  When finished click "Save/Create Order & Next"
  17. Repeat steps 11-16 for each subject
  18. Once all Images have been match and orders keyed, click on the "Return to Core" link in the upper left corner of the page.
  19. Go to the Events Page and locate this event
    1. On the left menu go to Order > Imported Orders
    2. Double check that your individual images matches the group images assign to that person
    3. Check All and select Queue for Transmit
  20. Go to the Orders Page
    1. On the left click Transmit Orders > Click on the number under needs to transmit
    2. Narrow to the event you are working on
    3. Select All and click PreView orders
      1. Here you can double check your captions and logos
      2. Click Edit at the bottom of the page to add or edit any captions
      3. When finished Save
    4. Choose your event again
    5. Choose if you want to batch the orders together or not
    6. Choose your packing and carrier
    7. Select All and click Transmit Orders to Lab
  21. Wait a few minutes and click on Transmit on the left menu
    1. Confirm your orders did not go into the "Stalled" category
      1. If they stalled click on the number to find out why and correct the issue
      2. Once corrected click reset all retries
