Events - Transmit Pre-Orders

This article will show you how to transmit your online Pre-Orders

1. Import the orders by going to the event> Order> Imported Orders> Manage Participants and Images
2. Select Go to Name Assignments
3. Confirm all the names match up, if you were using a roster and offering Pre-orders. If you were not using a roster then you will select "Save as a new name"
   
   1. If the names do not match up you can select the correct name from the drop down. 
   2. Once all of the names and Divisions are correct you will click Save Name Assignments
      
4.  Click "Return to Imported Orders
5. At this point you will be able to view all the orders, ensure the correct group is assigned to each subject and begin transmitting the orders.
6. Choose the applicable options from the drop downs for Carrier, Packaging, Image, View etc.
   1. Be sure to check "Zero out package prices, tax and shipping". If this is skipped then your sales will be reflected twice, once on the preorder and again on the order transmitted to the lab.
7. Select all the orders and click Queue for transmit
8. Go to your transmit queue and make the final transmit to the lab. We recommend previewing the orders before transmitting to ensure the captions are correct.
