Template Settings - File Manager
File Manager is where you can import files to be used in CORE links, such as, product samples for email graphics, etc. There is also a file manager on your settings page that can be used to store popup messages and retail headers.
Adding Images to Your File Manager
Go to the Emails/Proofs Page in CORE
- Click on Template Settings > then on File Manager
- Click the "Make Folder" button at the bottom of the page
- We recommend you add a folder first. The folder name should have no spaces.
- The folder name should be meaningful of what you plan in import. Example: Email2020 could be the folder name that you plan to upload graphics for your 2020 email campaigns. Or maybe EmailHoliday because you plan to upload holiday specific graphics. What you name the folder is up to you.
- Click on the folder you just created
- Choose file and browse your computer for the image and select it
- Click Go
- You will now see a link to the image in the list within your folder
- To copy the path to the image, right click and select "Copy Link"
- You can now use that link to pull that image into your email templates
- To copy the path to the image, right click and select "Copy Link"
