How do I get paid?

How and when do I get paid money collected on my behalf for retail orders? How do I pay for digital artwork/cutout fees?

If Candid owes you money: Money collected on your behalf will be sent to your bank account on file every Wednesday less any lab charges. A summary of sales by event will be emailed to you and the deposit should post to your account the following Friday.

If you owe Candid money: Any charges to your account (digital artwork, cutout fees, etc.) will be charged to the credit card or bank account on file each business day if they are greater than any online sales that have not yet been paid to you and if the outstanding balance is more than $50. If you have outstanding online sales to cover the balance you owe, those charges will be deducted from sales instead before the difference is paid to you the next Wednesday.

If you have not yet setup your payment information with us, now is a great time to get that information added.
