How to Customize your event with Pop-up Messages
Did you know you could create custom pop up messages in your events? Learn how here.
Custom pop up messages are a great way to explain your event, your images or to advertise a special or feature. Our marketing department offers several ready made pop up messages but you can also make you own with custom branding or messaging about your company. The pop up only appears the first time a customer goes to your event. There are two places that you can add a pop up as well.
1. Event Pop-up: This appears the first time your customer goes to the event online. It will show after they enter the event but before they are able to view images. The customer will not see this pop up on subsequent visits to your event online, only the first time they go to the event. These messages can be different on every event or the same - you can set them up on your workflow or event.
2. Product Pop-up: This pop up message will appear after your customer has viewed and selected their images but before they are able to see packages and pricing. This is a great place to tout a special that you are running or to explain packages like the pick-a-pack.
