Can I import multiple ID's and packages using a spreadsheet?
Yes, you can enter multiple ID's as well as packages into 1 line on your spreadsheet and import that into your event.
Multiple ID's
You can ID multiple images to an individual in your spread sheet in the spots column.
Example: Two ID's would show the folder-image twice seperated by a semi colon. A-0001;A-0002 (A is the folder name and the 0001/0002 are the image names - they are separated by a semi-colon ( ; ). This will ID one participant to both images.
Multiple Packages/Products
In the Packages Column you enter the code associated with your package or product followed by the folder-image that you want to fulfill that package or product using. example: 5:A-0001,8:A-0002 (The first digit is the package code followed by a colon ( : ) and the image information. Each package or product is separated by a comma ( , ). In this example, package 5 would receive image A-0001 and package 8 would receive image A-0002. If an folder-image is not associated with the package in the package column, the package will be fulfilled with the last image listed in the spots column (or last image ID'd to the participant in your event). The image used for package fulfillment can be changed when transmitting orders on the imported orders page by clicking edit.
