CCS offers multiple ID Card styles. Some cards are ready to be ordered and do not require/allow customization. Other cards have customizable backgrounds and require you provide your custom ID card background before they can be ordered
You can import all ID Cards options into your CORE account or you can manually add them to your existing offer. To import them go to the offer page in CORE and click on the "import an official CCS Offer" and look for "CCS - (SCHL PRODUCTS) ID Card". You can then copy the card you want to use into your offer.

Custom Background ID Cards
These cards require you create and upload an ID Card background. The background can be a solid color, a graphic or a photo. The image, text and barcodes cannot be moved. Your background is the only customizable portion of the ID card.
Horizontal backgrounds must be 3.37 x 2.12 inches.
Vertical backgrounds must be 2.12 x 3.37 inches.
There are also two double sided card options
Option 1: Product IDDC and/or IDDCP requires you to upload an ID Card background for the back of the card in additional to a background for the front of the card. This product allows you to customize the background with any information or graphic you'd like. It does not pull images or student data, the background will be the same for all. This option is primarily used when the Suicide Prevention contact info is required on the back of the cards.
Option 2: Product IDC2 and/or IDCP2 will use the same as the front, you only have to upload a background for the front of the card and the card will be duplicated on the back. This option is primarily used when ordering cards that will be worn on lanyards.
