Exporting JPG or PNG Images in CORE
You can now export full size images from CORE by event or by division. This includes JPG or PNG if your images were cut out.
Exporting Images
You must first enable the "Yearbook/Image Exports" add-on feature you your event.
This can be done on your workflow and/or event level.
When enabled, you will find the option on the left menu within your event.
If exporting PNG images, check "Enable dynamic Chroma-Key/Knockout image selections"
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "Configure Custom Image Export"
Note: This custom export is not intended for yearbook or school admin exports. It does NOT utilize headsizing.
- You can optionally create an export profile
- Name your export folder
- Select a specific division or all divisions
- Select if you'd like images separated in folders by division
- If you have group images, you can also export the primary group for each division.
- Choose JPG or PNG (PNG is only available if you shot on Chroma-Key or TKO and image have been cutout) (PNGs and Renders have a charge of .10 per image)
- Select image name: Recommend Lastname-Firstname-IDedImage
- Select if you need an index (Index is a txt file containing image mapping data)
- Select any field mappings you'd like in your index file
- Select Image Size
- Export
Note: Currently only your default image is exported, soon you'll be able to select, All images, FirstImage, LastImage, Default Image or Yearbook Image
Exports will take between 30 minutes to 4 hours depending on the number of images, size of images and number of jobs in the queue.
USER TIP: If you just want 1 (or a few random) images from an event, assign those image(s) to a new "division" by themselves, then when you export, select the new division you created and you will only get the image(s) you need. After your export, reassign the images to their original divisions.
