Why does order status show Incomplete?

Find missing orders easily by checking incomplete orders.

If your customer did not receive their order and when you look it up it shows a status that says incomplete, it means that you did not complete the process of sending that order to the lab. To view incomplete orders, go to Orders(top menu)>Orders(left menu)>Incomplete Orders. From here you can continue the order and transmit it or cancel the order if necessary. You can optionally bulk delete old incomplete orders at the bottom of the page. These typically happen when helping someone place an order that they then decide that they will go online or place their order another time.
