Is Teacher/Coach

Marking a name as "Is Teacher/Coach" allows you to include or exclude those names from bulk orders, emails, sms, print templates and can limit packages to only those names. It can also allow you to choose placement in some products.

How "Is Teacher/Coach" can be used

Bulk Orders

Student Directory

You can control the position in which "Is Teacher/Coach" photos appear

Student Stickers

You can control the position in which "Is Teacher/Coach" photos appear

Bulk Orders

You can choose to include or exclude "Is Teacher/Coach"

Package Restriction

You can now limit a package to only be available for those marked "Is Teacher/Coach".

This is done within the advanced settings within your package under "Restrict this package to specific images"

If you plan to use this for complimentary (Free) packages, we would recommend you also check "Limit this package to being purchased once per NameID"

Note:  Unlike other restrictions, it does not prevent those marked as "Is Teacher/Coach" from seeing other packages.  They will see all unrestricted packages and the "Is Teacher/Coach" packages.

Email Templates within a Campaign

Within the email or sms template under "Include customers who are:" 

You can select to

• Only include those IDd as Is Teacher/Coach
• Exclude those IDd as Is Teacher/Coach

Queuing a Single Email/SMS

Under Customer Names

You can select to

• Only include those IDd as Is Teacher/Coach
• Exclude those IDd as Is Teacher/Coach

Print Templates

Under Customer Names
