How to make customer engagement work for you!

TSS has been using Listen360, a customer engagement software, for a number of years now to collect customer feedback. And recently, Eric Miller of MillerFoto shared with us how he uses Listen360 to demonstrate the levels of service they provide to customers.

Within the first week or so after an event, Eric will write up an email to the school with a screen shot of feedback they received from parents. He'll give an overview of some of the common asks, like retake requests, and remind the school that they follow up with parents to fix any and all concerns (making it clear that this is not a task the school will need to deal with).

"I think this is the best marketing tool. I know for a FACT that this system saved me my largest High School Account when I was having an issue with the PR Person," Eric said. "She kept making false claims that parents were complaining (she had an agenda). We had a sit down meeting with the President and Principal of the school and I presented them with the following document in the meeting. Great news, she was fired last month and we still have the contract."
