Sending information cards and/or order forms for White Glove/HQOE Services
In general, it is a requirement that White Glove users utilize our preferred offers and email campaigns. However, if the use of custom forms has been approved, the steps to upload forms for template creation are below.
If you have not yet scheduled White Glove/HQOE Services please click here to learn how to schedule services.
Preparing Your Cards/Forms/Slates for Upload
Once you have collected information and photographed your event you will need to scan to PDF or photograph each card/form/slate. Each card/form/slate must be an individual file. Each file must be a PDF or JPG.
Uploading Your Contact Information Cards and/or Order Forms and Group Slates
Navigate to your event within CORE and from the left menu, select White Glove/HQOE. Click Upload Scans.
You will be prompted to select your previously submitted form template from the Order Forms dropdown, and you will select whether or not your scans contain slates. You will then be able to add individuals scans of information cards and/or order forms by clicking the Add Files button in the top right corner, or dragging and dropping the scans in the box. Scans must be in a .pdf or .jpg format, no larger than 1 mb each, and a separate file for each scan.
Once all files have been added, click Transmit Scans to Lab. Stay on this page until the upload completes.
