Can I remove an image from the retail website?
You can easily keep an image from appearing on your retail website for customers to see and purchase by marking it as 'Invisible'.
Navigate to your event within CORE. From the blue left-hand menu, select Images > Retail Website Visibility. Click the Visible checkbox beneath each image to remove it from appearing on the retail website. the Roll Number dropdown at the top of the page will allow you to sort images by folders, or leave All Rolls selected to access all images within the event.
Marking an image not visible will remove that image from appearing online as well as pulling into your emails that include images and paper proofs that get queued up that use images from your event.
Once complete, re-sync your event on the retail website by either or disabling and then re-enabling your event, or from the Event Details page click Advanced Options > Refresh Event Info/Names/IDs on Retail and click the checkbox next to Spots, then click Sync to Retail Site.
