      Face Mask on Existing Events

      To offer mask on existing events you'll need to add mask products to your offer, update the offer setup on the event and refresh the offer on retail.

      HOW TO IMPORT MASK & ADD TO YOUR EXISTING OFFERS

      1. In CORE go to the Offers page
      2. Click on the link “Click here to import official CCS Offer”
      3. Import one or both of these offers
        1. CCS – Mask (For Events You Have Photographed and HAVE a logo)
        2. CCS – Mask (For Event You Have Photographed and DON’T have a logo)
      4. Click on one of the offers you just imported
        1. Locate a mask you’d like to offer
        2. On the yellow/tan grouping bar click the COPY button and select the offer you’d like to copy the mask product into and click Copy
        3. Repeat for each mask product you’d like to add to your offer
        4. If you have more than one offer you’d like to add mask to, repeat for each offer
      5. Go into your offer that you copied the mask to
        1. Find your mask products and select which tab you want them to display on and use the up/down arrows or the sequence numbers to position the mask where you want them to display in your offer.
        2. When finished, click the Update Sort Order button to lock in your sort
        3. Repeat for all mask products you’ve copied into your offer

      HOW TO ADD MASK TO EXISTING EVENTS

      1. Go into the event you want to add the mask products to
        1. Click on offer setup within the event
        2. If you added a mask with a logo, make sure you have a logo setup on the event
        3. If you added a mask that allows a color selection make sure you select a primary and for some mask a secondary color
          1. If you want your customer to be able to select any color, you’ll need to click on the Advance Options button
          2. Check the box to allow change
            1. This allows your customer to select from 32 colors.   If you do not check allow change your customer will get the color you select
          3. After saving the offer settings click back on Event Details on the left menu
            1. Click the Advanced Options button
            2. Click Refresh Offer & Captions on Retail
            3. Wait for the refresh to complete, then go online and confirm your mask are displaying as you intended
          4. Repeat for all events you want to offer mask on
