Custom Products allow you to offer products online that are not produced by the CCS Lab.

Custom Products

Go to the Offers Page in CORE, the select Custom Products on the left menu.

• Select "Click here to add a new Custom Product"
• Enter your product name and save
  
• If you need to collect captions or other info for your custom product, click the captions button to the left of the product you just added
  • Click Add Caption Definition
    • Enter the name of the caption 
    • Enter your character limit (max is 50)
    • Give your customer an example of what you expect them to enter there
    • Save

When you setup your offer, Custom Products will be in a list at the bottom of the package setup page.  You will simply check your custom product instead of clicking "add product".

Note:  You can expand the advanced options and add an email address to be notified when a custom product has been ordered.

Running the Custom Product Sold Report

Go to the Reports Page in CORE

• Click on Export Custom Products under Basic Reports
  
• Enter the data range for the report in the upper right and click update
• Check the product or products you want to run the report for
• Select the report format:
  • HTML to view on screen
  • Tab-Separated values to download and open in excel
  • Continue

You can now fulfill your Custom Product orders, not produced by the lab.
