Eliminate the order form by offering online preorders
Event Setup for Online PreOrders
Once your event has been setup, go into the event and on the event details page under "Quick Links", click on "Settings", then select "Online Settings".
Under General Settings select the following settings
- While in preorder mode, you cannot allow search by name and you must allow view other images within their division (this will allow your customer to select their division).
- These settings can be changed once you upload and ID you images and begin marketing the images after the event

PreOrder Processing
Are you importing a roster or will you be relying on preorders to get your names into the event?
- If you are relying on PreOrders to add names into the event and PhotoMatch you will check this option.
- If you are importing a roster and plan to match preorders to the names you import, do not check this option
Pose Mode Selection
If you plan to allow your customer to select a pose or a background when they preorder, you will need to setup your pose list and/or background before making your selections on the page.

- If you would like your customer to select a pose or a background, you'll select the appropriate mode

- Prompt for Pose and Background
- Prompt for Pose Only
- Prompt for Background Only

PreOrder Captions
You can edit the team/group prompt to what is appropriate for your event. If you leave blank, the prompt online will be to select your "Team/Group". If you are photographing a school, you may want to override the prompt to "Class" or "Grade-Teacher".
PreOrders Placeholder Image
On the retail site there is a default placeholder image with instructions for placing an order. If you choose, you may replace the default image with your own custom image.
- If you want to replace the image, you'll need to create a 4x6 JPG image and upload it to an event.
- You'll then enter the event number, folder and image name
This is the default image and will be displayed if you do not create your own
PreOrders Event Message & PreOrders Receipt Message
You may optionally add a message that will display on the retail site and you may optionally customize the preorder receipt by entering your message in the appropriate box
Click Save Settings at the bottom of the Page
Go back to the Event Details page and the status should now show "PreOrder"
You can now share the link to the PreOrder page, by clicking on the Event QR and copying the link
