Placing An Order via CORE (quick guide)

You can place a single order for a customer or organization easily in CORE

One of the ways to place an order in CORE, is to go to the Orders page, and use the search function to find the customer you'd like to place an order for.  You can search by name, PIN, email, or previous order ID.  Make sure to select Auto or the specific way you want to search. Once you locate the customer's name click on the Order button next to their name. 

Click on the image you want to use for the first product you want to order. 

  • That will take you to a screen with the products you are offering on this event. 
    • Note: if selecting a cutout image, you will be prompted to select a background after you select your product.

  • Select which product(s) you want by enter a quantity next to that product.

  • Add any additional items from new images by clicking add more until your order is completed, then click check out. 
  • If you would like to view or edit captions, click the Titles/Caps button or click checkout and it will take you through the captions.

  • You can choose return in box which will send the order to your office or business location or choose post office and enter an address to send the order to. Then click continue. 

  • If you do not plan to batch this order together with other orders, you will click the box to automatically transmit the order.
  • If this is a replacement or comp order and you have not collected additional payment for the this order, check the box to flag order as no charge and click pay and complete.
  • If you collected payment for this order and want it included in your sales reporting, check the appropriate box for cash, check or external paid before clicking pay and complete.
  • Your order should now automatically transmit. 

  • To confirm your order transmitted without any issues, go to the Order page and on the left menu click Transmit Orders
    • Make sure you order has cleared the queue and is not in the stalled category
    • If you find a number listed under stalled click on it and follow the one screen comments to learn why the order stalled.  Resolve the issue and click reset stalled orders.  Again, confirm your order clears without stalling.
