Can I look up online orders?

Yes, you can quickly search for any online orders.

This search tool will allow you to look up completed and incomplete orders that your retail customer has placed online. 

1. Go to Orders 
2. Search for: vg 
3. Search by: Auto
4. Order Number: Event Number beginning with 270
5. Click Search
   You can now sort the result by any of the column headers. You can look up the Order Summary by clicking on the OrderID (red hyperlink).

***Please note if an order is incomplete the customer never completed the order and will need to go back and finish the order on their end.
