Orders > Customer Search

Here you can search your customer and/or customer orders by PIN, Name, Order ID, Email, Phone or image.

How to Search

Go to the Orders page in CORE.  In the "Search For" field enter what you are searching.  You can narrow your search to a specific event by entering the event number in the second field and limiting the search to that event.

Once you have entered what you want to search for, on the right next to "search by" you can either select the specific item type you are searching, or you can select "auto" and it will search all "search by" options.

After clicking the search button it will display the results.

Click on the appropriate result to view.
