Face Mask Only Event - Smile & Photo Masks - Customer Upload

A mask only event allows you to send your customers directly to the upload page so they can upload their photo and order a mask.

HOW TO IMPORT A MASK OFFER

  1. In CORE go to the Offers page
  2. Click on the link “Click here to import official CCS Offer”
  3. Import this offer
    1. CCS - (SPRT) Face Mask - Photo & Smile Mask Only (For Customer Upload Events)

HOW TO SETUP A MASK ONLY EVENT

  1. Create an event in CORE in the Sport Market
  2. After the event is setup
    1. Click on offer setup within the event
    2. Make sure you select a primary and for some mask a secondary color
      1. If you want your customer to be able to select any color, you’ll need to click on the Advance Options button
      2. Check the box to allow change.  This allows your customer to select from 32 colors.   If you do not check allow change your customer will get the color you select
      3. Click save settings
  3. On the left menu click images
    1. Click the start upload button to launch CCS Uploader
    2. Upload a single image (any jpg image will work)
    3. After the images uploads, click on Retail Website Visibility
      1. Find the image you uploaded and uncheck it, you do not want any images visible on retail for this event
  4. On the left menu click on Event Details
    1. Under quick links in the center of the page click on online settings
    2. Under General Settings make these selections
      1. Check event can be searched
      2. Uncheck Customer can find image by last name
      3. Uncheck All Customer to view images within selected division
      4. Check customers can view all images
      5. Uncheck Prompt for name and email
      6. Uncheck Enable online Preorders/Registrations

    3. Under images behavior expand
      1. Allow Customer to Upload their own images on the retail site and select YES
      2. Enable multi-image layout on mobile and select YES
      3. Save Changes
    4. Click on Event Details on the left menu
      1. Enable your Event on Retail
      2. Test your event on retail to make sure it's working as desired
      3. Share your link

CONSOLIDATED EMAIL SETUP (IMPORTANT!!)

  • If you plan to send a consolidated email to advertise mask, you will need to edit the templates to include a direct link to your mask event.  The standard consolidated merge fields will not work to get your customer to the mask event.
