How to offer Pick-A-Pack packages

You can allow customers to build their own packages using predetermined products.

1. Go to the offer you would like to set it up on and click Add a New Package Product Grouping

2. Name the new grouping what you want it named. You can enter HTML or a graphic that will display online for your customers in the Web Description field.  Save Settings.

3. Now that your grouping is created you will click ADD Package

4. Fill in the fields as needed with your preferred package name, description and cost.

*We recommend using HTML in the Online Description to help stand out. If you are not familiar with HTML please contact CCS support to help you with this part.

5. Select Show Options to enable the Pick-A-Pack by checking the box below. Choose from the drop down how many products they will choose from. If you want them to be able to use multiple images to build their package make sure you check the Mix & Match option.  You can optionally add an HTML graphic here for customers to see online. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save & Add Product.

6. Now that the package is set up we can begin adding the product options.

Please note when adding products:
   • Adding a product means your customer will get that specific product and not get a choice.
   • Adding a Pick-A-Pack product allows your customer to choose 3 product(s) from any Pick-A-Pack product.
       - The number of products they get to select from is based on the number you configured in package settings.
       - The user can pick the same product multiple times if the configured Pick-A-Pack quantity is two or more.
       - Keep the package and product pricing in mind when configuring Pick-A-Pack product choices.

7. Use the filter to type in the product you want or choose it from the list. Select the bubble for the product and click Save & Next. You can change the Product description and setup a Product Code if needed. Choose any modifiers you would like keeping in mind the description represents the final product the customer will receive. For example whether the print is matte or pearlized. Click Save & Add at the bottom of the page. Continue this step 6 and 7 until you have all of the products you would like to offer.

8. This is how the package will now look. Note how we used the description override to edit the name of the product the customer will see online.
