[General Knowledge](https://knowledge.candid.com/knowledge/portraitpress?hsLang=en#general-knowledge) # The PortraitPress Insider Program ## Discounted pricing for lab customers and simple steps to enroll and activate your account. **What Insider is and how pricing works** Insider is a free program for CCS, TSS, and NowCandid lab customers, along with their employees, that lets you see discounted pricing on PortraitPress when you are signed in. Pricing targets our catalog rates where there is a comparable item. Some new products and variants do not have a perfect match inside CORE, so a 1 to 1 comparison is not always possible. The goal is to make it easy to place personal orders or quick gifts with predictable pricing and a simple checkout. Browse products, pricing, and checkout at **[https://portraitpress.com/](https://portraitpress.com/)** **Why many partners enroll** You could run small jobs through CORE, but PortraitPress focuses on speed and convenience for home delivery. There is no return in photographer box option, so CORE may occasionally net a slightly lower total on a narrow set of items. Many partners prefer the time savings, access to unique sizes and products, and the simplicity of a single package to a home address. **How to enroll and activate your account** Submit the **[PortraitPress Insider form](https://share.hsforms.com/1KKWHB_sIS2y0d-1q51uhPQ3snns)** using the contact details you want on your PortraitPress login. Include your CORE account number and your NowCandid account number. To find your NowCandid number, log in to NowCandid, open Resources, choose Tools and More, select View on the PortraitPress listing, and copy the number shown. Allow 2 business days for setup. There is no activation email. After 2 business days, go to the site, choose Forgot password, and set your password using the email you provided. Once signed in you will see Insider pricing automatically, and no coupon code is required. **Rewards, coupons, and account tips** Insiders earn 1% back in reward points when an order reaches Complete status. Points do not expire. One coupon can be used per order, and in some cases your Insider price will already be better than a public code. If you would like to share the benefit with close friends or family, you are welcome to do so. Have them submit the Insider form using the same CORE or NowCandid account number so we can associate their account for tracking.
