Setting Up Backgrounds for Online PreOrders

1. Start with your background library (Click here to learn how to create your Background Library)

2. If you already have a background library, make sure your background images have a "Code" assigned

   1. Only backgrounds with codes assigned will work for online preorders

      

Setting Up Your Event for PreOrder Background Selection

1. Go into your event in CORE
   1. On the left menu select ChromaKey/Knockout > then select Dynamic Backgrounds
      1. Check all the backgrounds you want to offer online
      2. Confirm each background you check has a custom code
      3. Save changes
         
2. Go to the Event Details Page
   1. Enable the event on retail
3. Click on Online PreOrders on the left menu
   1. Under Pose Mode Selection, select Prompt for Background Only and Save Settings
      
4. Your customers can now select a background when preordering
