PreOrder Pose & Background Selection

If you are offering online preorders, you can allow your customer to select a pose.

Setting Up Pose Selections

1. Create an event named "Poses"
   1. Upload sample images of each pose you're going to offer
   2. If you will be offering dynamic backgrounds you will need to upload chroma-key or TKO sample images and mark the folders for dynamic
2. Settings Page > Website > PreOrder Poses
   1. Enter a name for your Pose List (Note:  this is a name for your collections of poses, not the name of a specific pose)
      1. Examples:  School - Spring Poses or School - Fall Poses  or  Sports - Basketball
         
         
   2. Click the edit to the left of your newly added Pose List
      1. Enter the name of your pose.  Example:  Full Length  or Close Up
      2. Enter the event number where you uploaded your sample images
      3. Enter the folder name where you uploaded your sample images
      4. Enter the image name of your sample image
      5. Enter the sort order (this controls the order the poses display on the retail website)
      6. Click Add
      7. Repeat step b until all your poses have been added
         
3. Create your event and assign your product offer, captions and logos as you normally do.
4. If offering dynamic backgrounds, go to Chroma-Key/Knockouts > Dynamic Backgrounds
   1. Select the backgrounds you want to offer
5. Go into your newly created event
   1. Go to Quick Links > Online Settings
      1. Enable PreOrders
      2. Under Pose Mode Selection
         1. Pose Mode:  Select if you want to prompt for Pose, Background or Pose & Background
         2. Post List:  Select your pose list (if offering pose selection)
         3. Backgrounds:  Select event specific (if offering background selections)
            
6. Go to Event Details Page
   1. Enable the event on retail
   2. Check to make sure you see the poses and/or backgrounds you expect
      

Managing Your PreOrders After the Event

1. Go into your event and disable online pre-orders
   1. Import your preorders if not done automatically via PhotoMatch
2. Go to Orders > Imported Orders
   1. Click "Manage Pose Image Assignments"
      
   2. You will see the pose selection at the top of each picture node. 
      1. Click assign image to view the photos taken of this subject.
      2. Click on the image that matches the pose selection.
         
         
         
3. When ready to queue for transmit, make your selections and check orders and click "Queue for Transmit"
   
   
4. Go to the Order Page, then on the left Transmit Orders
   1. Select your orders, check them and transmit to lab.
