QEMS - Update Nov. 2, 2022

Below are the updates/changes to QEMS released on November 2, 2022

• Toggle to copy weekly default schedule if manual schedule exist
  • The schedule will be copied for all the days that do not have manual schedule entered

• Toggle for Unsure reply option to scheduled event in email and text
  • If unchecked “Unsure” will not be an option for the photographer to select
• Ability to edit photographers’ event hours has been added
  • This allows a admin to change event IN and OUT times for a photographer
• Ability to create sub events has been added
  • Can be used to create an event with multiple locations or time frames
• People that have declined an event will be flagged as such on the check-in screen
• QEMS will send text/email if photographer is removed from an event
• Tabs now are fully shown on mobile browsers
• Automatic text reminders will be sent out to photographers at 10am for the next 24 hours of events
