QEMS UPDATES

When scheduling photographers, you can see projected availability based on their default schedule which means you can see beyond 1 week

• The projected schedule lines will have an * after the availability status
• The load time may be slightly slower with projected option on
• The screenshot below shows how to turn it on

• In addition to emails text messages can be sent with the event info scheduling information and updates

• Assignment sheets will no longer include photographers that declined the event
