REGISTRATION - Name Placeholder Registration - Individual Participant QR Codes & Links using Placeholder Names (No Roster)

If you don't have a roster and would like to send people to their own unique registration page to add contact info or collect additional information you can do so with unique QR registration codes using Placeholder Names.

To utilize Individual Placeholder Registration QR Codes the follow steps must be completed

Creating Extra Placeholders QR Registration Name Cards

On the left menu select QR Code Registrations

Click "Create QR Codes for New Placeholder Names"

Enter the number of cards you think you'll need.  Create 5% more than you expect, so you don't run out of cards.

On the left menu go to Names & Contact Data

Here you will see all the placeholder names created. 

Printing the QR Registration Cards

Note:  if you do not have a template created for your cards, you'll need to create your template first.  Start here to learn how to create and edit your card template.

Select Order on the left menu > Queue Print Templates

Select your device:  (we recommend printing to PDF first, then send the PDF to the printer)

Select your template:

Sort Order: (won't matter since they are placeholder cards)

Queue Profile:  Sequence Cards

Open CORE Print 

If you don't have CORE print installed, go to your settings page in CORE, then CORE Print on the left menu.  Follow these instructions for CORE Print setup.
