REGISTRATION - Event Registration - Event QR Codes & Links

Used when you don't have a roster and you need to collect name and contact data before participants are photographed. Creating an event QR Code link makes it easy for your customer to scan and go to the online registration page.

To utilize an Event Registration QR Code the follow steps must be completed
  1. Setup your divisions(teams/groups/classes) in CORE so customers can choose their correct division(team/group/class)
    1. If this is not done ahead of time, your customers will be prompted to type their division(team/group/class) which will cause you extra work after the event.
    2. If you are only photographing a single group or graduation you will not need divisions.
  2. Create your event link by editing the following and changing the acct# and event# to your account and event number. 
    1. If you plan to setup your own computers/tablets for your customers to register use this link:  https://regis.viewyour.photos/kiosk/ACCT#/EVENT#                                       (make sure to replace ACCT# with your CCS account number and EVENT# with your CORE event number)
    2. If you plan to share the event registration link via email, sms, social media or signage use this link:  https://regis.viewyour.photos/direct/ACCT#/EVENT#  
      (make sure to replace ACCT# with your CCS account number and EVENT# with your CORE event number)
  3. Next you will copy the QR code and URL from the event details page in CORE.
    1. You'll then copy the code and URL to paste onto your flyers, cards and signage you plan to use at the event.
    2. Participants just need to scan the QR code with their smartphone camera and they will be taken directly to the registration page. 

Please remember this QR Code will be event specific and cannot be used across multiple events.
