How to make money on an event from the past.

Re-marketing a past event can be a good way to maximize sales and profit.

Posting past events is a quick and easy way to try to sell a few more packages and products to your customers. You will need images from your event and contact data in order to send emails and text messages to alert your customers that their photos are available.

Create an Event

Go to Events on the top menu and clicking the Create New Event button on the screen. Enter your workflow, event name and date. It will be best if you use the current date as your event date even if your event was in the past. This is due to possible price increases or late fees that could be enabled on your event which will be determined by your event date.

Load Your Images & Data

Once your event is created, you need to load your spreadsheet in the Names & Contact Data menu item on the left menu. You will upload your images into an event via the CCS Uploader.

ID Images

You can identify your images by participant and create individual galleries to send to your customers or you can send one link to all participants in your event if you do not know what images belong to each person. *

Enable Online and Start Campaign

Go to your Event Details page and enable your event online and check it to ensure it looks as expected. Then, enable your campaign.

You can watch sales and orders as they come in by going to the Events page or by going to reporting. 

*If your images are not ID'd to participant names, be sure that your email campaign is set to go to not ID'd or All participants
