Candid Color Systems Rebate Incentive

Welcome to the CCS rebate program. Our rebate program begins August 1 and ends July 31. We value your business, and we wish you every success in reaching your goals.

Volume rebate incentive

The rebate is as follows (and replaces all previous rebates and incentives). For every $100,000 in lab business sent to CCS, you will receive a 1% rebate. For example. If your lab sales were $246,000 you would qualify for a 2% tier and would receive a $4,920 rebate check. (Max 10%)

To qualify for this rebate, you must have an increase in lab sales for the year. If you do not, CCS will provide a modified rebate of 70% of the current rebate tier. For example, if in the previous rebate year you had lab sales of $290,000, but in the current rebate year you have lab sales of $215,00, you would receive $3,010 ($215,000 * 2% *70%).

Products and services included - Historically, only print products were included in the rebate. However, we now include digital products, ecommerce fees, retouching, frames, plaques, and other photographic non-print products. This change embraces the move to more digital services and products.

Exclusions - All products produced by CCS are included in the calculations EXCEPT for the following: Mail handling fee, postage, online credit card fees, shipping materials, and marketing materials.

Additional Information/Rules:

1. This rebate replaces all previous rebates.

2. Rebates are subject to change.

3. All Rebates require an account to send 100% of photofinishing to Candid Color Systems.

4. Account must be in good standing; no late payments during the last 365 days.

5. Multiple accounts with the same owner will be consolidated for calculations of the rebates.

6. Rebates will be provided in the form of a check within 45 days of the end of the incentive.
